CANCELLATION policy - It is very important that you inform us within 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule more than 2 times you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. If you cancel again it will be a $75 CANCELLATION fee.

No show policy - No shows will be charged $25 on your next service

If you are unhappy with your hair policy - you have one week to call the salon and we will fix whatever you need

Late policy - We understand that sometimes you may be running late to you appointment. Unfortunately, WE HAVE CLIENTS SCHEDULED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOU IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF TIME ALLOWS. OTHERWISE, WE WILL NEED FOR YOU TO RESCHEDULE.
